Shipping Policies

State Shipping Restrictions
Each state has its own set of compliance laws for wine shipments. We strictly adhere to all, including volume limits* and states that prohibit direct shipping. Please refer to our State Compliance Regulations  for detailed state-specific regulations. *If an order exceeds the volume limit, our team will contact you directly.

Weather Hold
If temperatures go beyond our shipping guidelines, certain states may be on a weather hold, postponing your order shipment. We do this to ensure the wine remains undamaged during transit. Orders to states on a weather hold will be flagged during checkout and in confirmation emails. It's the customer's responsibility to note their state's weather hold status. If you request to bypass a weather hold, understand that you take full responsibility for the wine's condition upon arrival and that replacements won't be provided for damaged bottles.

Age Requirements
By law, the buyer and recipient of any alcohol-related order must be 21 or older. By placing an order, you confirm this requirement is met.

Delivery and Return Policy

Delivery:
All wine shipments need a signature from someone 21+ upon delivery. Therefore, we suggest providing a daytime or business address for your wine deliveries. It's not allowed to request carriers to leave packages without a signature.
